He comes from a family of communicators, having grown up around cameras and crews filming TV commercials. Both his parents, as well as other family members, worked in advertising. This early exposure serves as the foundation to a successful career working for various premier public relations firms and consultancies supporting corporations, the federal government, and state governments.
He specializes in crafting effective, high-impact messaging and engagement strategies that are targeted and effective. Charles has successfully led award-winning campaigns, secured top-tier media coverage, and developed top shelf creative and collateral materials that resonate. As a skilled video producer and content creator, he excels in translating complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Mark is a web developer and digital strategist with 20 years of experience building websites, optimizing for search, and integrating the platforms that make online marketing work. He has spent the bulk of his career in the nonprofit sector, leading digital transformations for organizations ranging from national advocacy groups to conservation nonprofits. Always at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and measurable impact, his toolkit spans WordPress and Elementor/ACF development, SEO, analytics, CRM and e-commerce integrations, and email marketing automation, with a particular talent for connecting systems that don’t naturally talk to each other. At CM Communications Lab, he serves as the architect behind the Digital Infrastructure, designing sites that are built and optimized to perform and convert.
Mark holds a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Maryland. Certainly not the most obvious path to web development, but it turns out studying complex, interdependent systems is pretty good training for the job.

John has embarked on film and photography projects in over 45 countries. His work has ranged from filming and photographing mountain and gorillas in the Democratic Republic of Congo to co-producing a National Geographic short documentary.
His multimedia work has been on dispaly in exhibitions in Asia, Europe, South America and North America. Besides his passion for filmmaking and photography, John also takes any opportunity to dive underwater. Born in Colombia, John is fluent in five languages.
